Stephens presents “Conservation Principles as Applied to Exhibitions” at the Beinecke

Dr. Catherine Stephens, senior conservation scientist at Yale’s IPCH, will use examples found in the BLUE: COLOR & CONCEPT exhibit to highlight categories of concern when displaying works of art in a public setting, including light exposure and fading as well as humidity and temperature control. The talk is part of an ongoing series of lectures at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript library.
