What We Do
We support the growth of leaders in the global cultural sector through collaborative networks, professional development and educational programs.
Yale Directors Forum
The Yale Directors Forum is a highly selective 18-month fellowship program for global leaders in the culture and heritage sector.
Each cohort of fellows represents a diverse group of executive leaders of museums and cultural institutions from across the Global South.

Highlights from Cohort 1
Over 18 months, our fellows have benefited from executive coaching, participated in global symposiums, delivered lectures, and launched conservation centers to care for their growing collections.
