Leah Palmer

Leah graduated from the University of Florida in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Art History, minoring in Linguistics and Arabic. She is pursuing a career in Art Conservation with a prospective specialization in textiles. After working as a conservation intern for the National Park Service and the Field Museum, Leah she joined the  IPCH’s Technical Studies Lab, working as a post-graduate associate focusing on pigment analysis using Macro-X-Ray Fluorescence and other imaging techniques. Starting in the fall of 2023, she is enrolled in the Winterthur/ University of Delaware graduate art conservation program.
