Makhosi Mahlangu is the Founder of Sivalo Food Museum, an indigenous food museum with a mandate to conserve, document and promote indigenous Southern African Food in Lupane, Zimbabwe. He is also a Co-Founder of the African Food Revolution and the Lupane Veggie Guys, who have disrupted the food industry by creating local indigenous food products. Makhosi was recently selected as one of the 40 most influential business people who are under 40 in Zimbabwe. Makhosi is a foodie, chef, farmer, and an academic. He obtained a BSc in Food Science and Technology at the University of Zimbabwe, a BSc in Animal Science and Rangeland Management from Lupane State University, a MSc in Animal Science from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and a MSc in Food and Beverage Innovation and Management from the Universita Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona, Italy.
